2. Font line: The text cannot be less than 1.5mm. Try to use isometric text. Small text lines should not be used for multi-color hollowing or overprinting. Line width ≥0.15mm when imprinting, line width ≥0.3mm when overprinting.
3. Size: A crosshair indicating the size range. Clear the cursor size and position.
4. Transitional color and shallow screen: The minimum number of transitional colors should be no less than 10%. The transitional color length should be considered as a uniform transition without obvious grid connection. 20% or less of the shallow net should be considered to use spot colors, so that the ink color is even when printing, without losing dots.
5. When the character and background color are the same color, the gap between the background color and the character color should be increased to more than 50% as much as possible to make the text easy to read.
6. Issues such as imprinting, overprinting and topping should be explained clearly.
7. The full background color considers bleeding 1-2mm, its role is to protect the finished product when cutting, so that the background color completely covers the part to be expressed.
8. The requirements for deep engraving of line version or separate engraving of hierarchical lines should be specified.
9. Increasing requirements for unit length and plate cylinder diameter: Based on the factors of ink drying and overprinting during the printing process, the printing material undergoes tensile deformation under the combined effect of drying temperature and tension, and the base film is elongated under a certain tension After the tension is removed, it retracts significantly. Therefore, the unit length can be pre-adjusted according to the material shrinkage and the process characteristics of the factory and customers. For example: PET-0.1%, BOPP-0.3%, PA-0.6%, etc. However, there are many exceptions, such as extruded composite film size will become longer, customers only allow negative deviations, etc., need to be adjusted according to specific circumstances.
