New printing without contact - electronic printing

Electronic printing is a new type of printing that enables text conversion on any surface. The principle is to apply high voltage to the screen, the toner is transferred to the surface of the substrate through the screen, and the toner is fixed on the substrate by thermosetting. When the toner passes through the opening portion of the screen, an electronic charge is applied. Due to the electrostatic effect, the toner is attracted to the electrode plate and lands on the substrate to form the same pattern as the screen. The pattern is preheated or solvent vapor is applied to melt the toner adhered to the substrate. The advantages of this printing are as follows:

1. The screen is non-contact with the substrate and can be printed on the surface of any fragile object;

2. There is no contact between the screen and the substrate, which can be printed on uneven surfaces, such as tiles and corrugated paper;

3. Because there is no contact between the screen and the substrate, it can be printed on the surface of hot objects such as hot-rolled steel plates and glass products during the production process;

4. Can be used for a very wide range of material surface printing;

5. The toner can be fixed on the surface of the object instantaneously, and no drying device is required;

6. Multi-color printing can be done.

Electronic printing must have the conditions:

1, DC voltage power supply;

2, printing device;

3, toner.

The DC voltage power supply requires electronic components that are resistant to high voltage, the printing device needs to have automatic positioning components, and the toner needs to have a colored coating.
