Heidelberg confers new features on the violet laser winning plate system

The Prosetter series is the violet laser CTP system developed by Heidelberg. Recently, Heidelberg has improved the storage cartridges of the series of plate making systems. In the future, the extremely successful plate-making system will have a Single Cassette Loader (SCL) and a Multi Cassette Loader (MCL).

According to reports, the introduction of this design is to further improve the production flexibility of the extremely successful platemaking system. In particular, when multiple cassettes are used, different cassettes can store plates of different specifications. In this way, a platemaking system can handle different types of business. The change of the new storage box is controlled automatically. The upper version and the used version are unloaded and all are automatically completed without human intervention. Of course, if required by the user, the new ASUS system can also provide a manual version changer.

With the adoption of the new storage system, the storage capability of the extremely successful system has been greatly improved. In the future, the extremely successful printing system can store 600 0.15mm plates or 400 0.30mm plates. Multiple storage cassettes can also be replaced without shutdown, which greatly improves the production efficiency of the new Extreme Plate System.

The new AGS system adopts a modular design, and each module can be upgraded according to actual production needs. The design speed of the Aspire System is designed to be 16 sheets per hour or 12 sheets per hour. The high-speed models in the Extreme Victory family are 50% faster than conventional models.

It is also worth noting that the ASUS system supports the JDF standard. This laid the foundation for its further development.
