Just replace the new size-appropriate drain valve. The path of the spring compression and deformation is slightly skewed to the axis of the spring, so that the drainage rubber bowl cannot be pressed against the drain at the center position. This causes a small gap in the contact edge of the drain port and the drain rubber bowl;

The drainage rope is too short, the drainage rubber ring can not be placed down, resulting in not tight contact with the drainage port, there is a gap, then the flexibility of the drainage valve, the length of the drainage strap should be properly adjusted, and the drainage pipe should be re-installed;

3. If the outside of the drain pipe is scratched or broken and leaks, replace the new drain pipe;

4. The drainage rubber ring is aging cracked or loses elasticity, resulting in poor sealing performance and causing water leakage. At this time, it is necessary to replace the drainage rubber ring;

5. If the dewatering bucket leaks, it may be that the inner seal of the dewatering shaft pulsator rubber sleeve is damaged or the seal is not strict or the pulsator rubber sleeve is aging. This can be repaired only by replacing the widgets;

6. If the washing machine barrel welding quality or the poor material of the washing tub is caused by water leakage, you should contact the after-sales service provider. This is a matter of quality of the goods. If it is an old-fashioned washing machine, it has been used for a long time. It may also be due to the long-term wet environment, which may cause the casing to age. Just plug the hole with sealing packing, weld the leak or replace the inner barrel.

7. From the front of the washing machine, if the right rear part leaks, the connection between the drain pipe and the drain pump is not true or the rubber connecting pipe between the drain pump and the filter has a blister, a crack or a connection connection is not reliable, and may also be It is the looseness of the screw at the drain of the drain pump body.

8. If the right side of the washing machine leaks water, it may be that the filter bellows or connecting pipe has blisters, cracks and poor connection. The fork frame behind the outer cylinder leaks water for two reasons: one is the improper assembly of the rubber seal ring between the outer cylinder fork frame and the outer cylinder or the seal ring is damaged. The outer tube fork can be removed, the seal can be reinstalled, or the seal can be replaced. When installing a new sealing ring, when inserting the sealing ring into the shaft hole of the outer cylinder, the triangular protruding side of the sealing ring should face the fork frame; the other is the inner cylinder bearing wear, and the gap between the inner cylinder shaft and the bearing is too large. To cause water leakage and high noise, the inner cylinder bearing should be replaced.

Leakage treatment method

1. Need to replace the new drain pipe or drainage rubber ring;

2. Properly adjust the elasticity of the drain valve, the length of the drain strap, and reinstall the drain pipe;

3. First check if there is water leakage at the drain pipe: if it is leaking, please reinstall it;

4. It is necessary to seal the packing blockage hole, weld the leak or replace the inner barrel;

5. If it is caused by a spring, first extend the spring a little. If it still leaks, remove the plastic spring top pad between the rubber bowl and the spring, and then put a piece of hard plastic tube into the top pad to insert the spring. Outside the round tube, the upper end of the spring is placed on the sleeve. This increases the compression deformation of the spring, increases the spring force, and corrects the problem of the slightly skewed axis of the spring.

6. Check if there is water leakage at the washing powder box and at the door: if it is leaking, it is caused by excessive washing powder. It is recommended that users use low foam or a small amount of washing powder;

7. Check if the drain pump filter is tightened. Check the method: Open the plastic cover on the front right corner of the washing machine to check if the inner twist is loose.
