This Model TGC2 gas removal and monitoring system is suitable for high speed auto forming/filling/sealing systems. Its airflow regulator automatically provides more filling gas during operation and removes atmospheric constituents in the presence of ultra-high levels of oxygen. If the oxygen content drops too low, less filler gas will be supplied. The standardized touch screen interface can store recipes for up to 99 products. Options include manually controlled or electronically controlled gas mixers and a CO2 (carbon dioxide) sensor. Applications include packaging for butter, red meat, bread, nuts, coffee, pharmaceutical blister packs, and other packaging for oxygen-sensitive products.
