Demand for PET bottles in Germany is increasing, but it is still far behind the US and Japan. According to statistics, the recycling volume of PET plastic bottles in the world is as high as 900,000 tons per year, and First PET's factory in Kaiserslautern can recycle approximately 20,000 tons of Recyclat per year. Based on the global market size of the industry, there is a growth rate of about 10% per year, so the plant also hopes to meet market demand.
