4.5 The surface of the printed sheet must not have any scratches (anti-fouling mechanism)
Scratches on the surface of the printed sheet are caused by the contact of the surface with other parts during the delivery process. Therefore, the way to avoid scratches is to keep the printed sheets suspended in the air during the entire delivery. A special anti-fouling mechanism is generally installed at the delivery location, as shown in Figure 4.7.
Due to the weight of the paper itself, it will naturally sagging, which is contrary to the swash plate below. To keep it out of contact, there must be a device to resist its natural sagging. The current method is to blow under the paper (the so-called anti-fouling mechanism), forming a pressure difference, forcing the sheet to float. In fact, after the speed of the machine is increased, the possibility of dirtiness is smaller. Because the speed of the printed sheet is increased, the natural drooping speed is the same as the original one, but the time is shortened and it is possible to cross the sloping plate more quickly (though if it does, it will make it worse).
The most effective way to avoid the surface of the printed sheet is to solve it by design, that is, to make the printed sheet not have any possibility of conflict with the surface of the swash plate (or other components) during operation.
The key to setting the swash plate is the required part of the delivery part. The larger the angle of the swash plate, the higher the height of the delivery pile, but the possibility of filth increases.
